Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m to 6 p.m..
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
AMOURE ships all over the world via couriers.
The orders will be processed immediately after receiving payment.
Payment by wire transfer will slow down the shipping process.
Please enter your correct e-mail address and telephone number, because if the courier does not find anyone at the 1st delivery, he will contact you via e -mail to schedule a second free delivery.
If the courier does not receive a reply to the email sent, he will NOT make a second delivery and the package will return to the courier’s warehouse.
At this point the customer will have to go to the courier’s warehouse to collect the goods with the receipt of the barcode.
If the package is not collected within 10 days, it will return to us and the storage’s costs will be charged to the customer.
The courier does not always contact the customer by phone, so it is important to enter a correct email address when ordering.
N.B. It is not possible to change the address or the order after making the purchase.
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
ITALY – EUROPE (main destinations): 1-3 working days.
AMOURE is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, delays by the courier and / or due to force majeure beyond the control of AMOURE.
During the promotional period, shipments may take longer.
In all cases, AMOURE reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.
